Built for everyone

Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, and other assistive technology.

Last updated: July 2026.

Why this matters to us

Accessibility is a foundation here, not an afterthought. One of the people you will work with uses the web with low vision every day, so building pages that are easy to read and easy to use is personal for us. If a site is hard to use, it is not doing its job.

How we build the site

We build with clean, semantic structure so screen readers can make sense of every page, we make sure you can get through the whole site with a keyboard, and we hold text to strong color contrast so it stays readable. We test in more than one browser. Our goal is to meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a box we check once.

Tools built into this site

Look for the accessibility button in the lower corner of any page. It opens a panel where you can adjust the site to suit you:

  • Larger text, wider letter spacing, and taller line height
  • Higher contrast or an inverted color mode
  • Read Mode, which strips the page down to a plain, single-column reading view
  • Highlighted links, a larger cursor, and a dyslexia-friendly font

Your choices are remembered on your device, so the site stays set the way you like it.

Tell us about a barrier
