What the contact form collects

When you send us a note through the form on this site, we collect your name, the phone number or email you give us, and the message you write. That message is delivered by email to our office through our email provider so a real person can get back to you. We use it to answer you and to help with what you asked about. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, but only if you allow it. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you Accept all, choose Necessary only, or open Customize to decide by category. You can reopen that choice any time from the cookie button in the lower corner.

Analytics runs only after you accept it. When it does, Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga and _gid) that count visits and pages, and we keep IP redaction turned on so the data stays anonymized. If you choose Necessary only, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is tracked. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell your data.

Maps and online booking

Two things on this site load from Google: the map on our About and Contact pages, and the appointment scheduler on our Contact page. When those load, Google receives the standard request information any embedded Google service receives. We do not control what Google collects in those tools. How we handle your documents

For your security, tax documents go through a secure client portal, never email. Email is not a safe place for your Social Security number or your income. This is simply how we work. If you would rather bring your papers by the office in person, that works too.
